Today my wife and I tried ordering breakfast online but the items we wanted weren’t there . So we just ended up driving to the restaurant and ordering food. When we got home we noticed that Items were missing from my order so we called in and spoke to A manager which told us the systems went down and people were missing items then we got put on hold and then hung up on I called back again and another manager by the name of Vicky answered the phone and pretty much called me a liar stating that she personally put the items in the bag herself mind you the previous manager told us (customers were missing items) we got into an argument because she wanted to charge me twice for my food to remove the items that were missing from the second charge (completely unprofessional) so Vicky got mad and hung up on me..... So here I am being charged for items and getting treated disgustingly so I drive to the restaurant again only to have Vicky cause a scene and call security on us mind you she was screaming at the employees to call security cause she needed us out of the store. Mind you I did not raise my voice or talk out of line I simply asked for my full refund which she did after the whole ordeal ..... in other words Vicky has no place being a manager of an establishment if she does not know the first rule in business and that is (CUSTOMER SERVICE!)
Amazing customer service experience. I've been visiting this place for 4 years and everytime I leave with a positive impression. The food is delicious and they have variety. Thank you so much and keep up the good work.

I placed an order at the restaurant when we got home we saw that items are missing so we called in and spoke to a manager which had told us that the systems were down and numerous customers were missing some of their items as well, she had put us on hold and then hung up on us we called again and spoke to the manager named Vicky we explained to her what was going on and that some of the things we ordered were missing . She flat out told us that we were lying because she personally packed it herself which makes no sense because we wouldn't be calling back to complain about it so then she hung up on us . So we stopped eating the things that were given to us to drive all the way back to get the refund and she ended up causing a scene telling her employees to call security to get us out of the store when they had messed up on our order (guilty conscience much ) but yeah we still ended up getting a full refund . I've read a couple of reviews on Google speaking about this manager so I don't understand why she still working at the restaurant she is very rude she didn't even try to help us out I'm just dumbfounded that she's a manager point blank .
Delish, great atmosphere, friendly staff. The Mac and cheese was a bit disappointing but they vegetarian sandwich was AMAZING and I’ll definitely back for that
Let me start off by saying Vicky should not be a manager of this restaurant!
Did not have what I wanted for my smoothie when I order it so I paid for it once I was already seated waiting for my meal and smoothie the boss came out to let me know and didnt offer my money back nor somehing to replace it. Once I was finishing up my meal it was closing up and instead of clamly advising to rap it up and finish so he can close up he came over to me and my boyfriend and yelled at us to leave and get out because he had to close. Worst costumer service I ever been given. Dont come to this corner bakery.
