Balans is extremely underrated, there's usually no one here but it's really good food and service. This is the juevos rancheros and some egg dish. Both very good, the coffee was also great, they have soy milk if you don't do dairy.

Pretty good place for quiet brunch. $25 Mimosa/Bellini pitchers. I had the breakfast burrito, - (minus) the cheese, it was very good. The waitress was attentive and knowledgeable. This is a chill place, quiet enough to enjoy good conversation. I recommend
