Staff is great, place is always clean, and most important to me, due to previous experiences, I have never waited longer than 10 minutes to be attended. I have never been so pleased going to a dental appointment. I will recommend anyone thinking of choosing a dentist to make Dr. Georgina Merlo their choice for any dental work necessary. You will be treated as family.
I've haven't had the pleasure of seeing the dentist or have visited the place but I will say that I've had a very wonderful experience booking my appointment with this place and I absolutely appreciate the fantastic customer service of Ana !
Always a pleasant experience! Dr Merlo is fantastic and very knowkedgable. The staff is friendly and always helpful. Appointments are always on time.
Had an extraction done and I was very nervous at first but Dr Merlo always reassures me and backs her reassurance up with her dental knowledge and amazing skills. She should have been a brain surgeon with those steady hands. No pain at all during the procedure and she even called me up later that night to make sure I was feeling well and taking my prescribed medications. C’mon who does that these days??
