Best place for an informed consumer. Know your products and you will be quite pleased as they have a huge selection and usually have lower prices, even compared to internet sites. Staff is knowledgable too.
In what might be one of the worst examples of customer service ever, the workers who we paid to install our brand new washer dryer got to the apartment, thought that some PVC pipe was leaking and said we'd have to call someone before they installed it. My father (the person waiting from 7 AM for them there) told them not to go anywhere that he'd call the building engineer and before he even got off the phone, the workers left. They refused to wait even a minute, which it took the engineer to go up the elevator. When the engineer got up to the apartment, lo and behold, the pipe wasn't leaking, the men WHO KNOW NOTHING ABOUT PLUMBING decided they knew more than the man in charge of those things in the building. What's more, a service that we PAID for was not completed and they left without any chance of rescheduling. My father now has to put away the machines by himself and I hope Brandsmart sees this because if he so much as jams a finger, I will do everything in my power to ensure these people never have another customer to walk out on. On a side note, I've been on the phone trying to get in touch with their customer service and THREE times the call has "dropped", but the second I try and call sales to at least speak to someone, I get an answer within thirty seconds. This establishment is a joke.
There's not much this huge store doesn't have. Excellent service from helpful staff. Its a really great place to shop.
Salesman don't listen to what you are saying, they just want to give you what's good 4 them.
Good prices, but some the sales associates that work here they aren't kind and polite.
